    E-FILING IN FLORIDA'S COURTS

    Introduction

    The Florida State Courts System has been working on automating the process for electronically filing court documents. The Florida Supreme Court and district courts have taken steps to comply with current e-filing rules and procedures. Below are helpful links for interested parties.

    Florida Courts eFiling PortalThe eFiling portal website provides eFiling and eRecording capability to users with a single statewide login. Users may utilize the ePortal web interface to submit documents to Clerks and Recorders.
