Welcome to the Supreme Court of Florida's CYBERCOURT.  Curriculum found on this site is designed specifically for elementary through high school students and was developed by subject matter experts from the educational field and the state courts system. Currently, only material specific to middle and high school students can be found on this site. We are in the process of designing curriculum for elementary school students. Please check back periodically for updated pages.

This site was developed in response to the 1997 Justice Teaching Institute participants who requested an on-line curriculum focusing on real cases before the Supreme Court of Florida. This site will highlight cases from the Supreme Court's docket that are chosen for their interest to students.
