Note: Entries will be judged on content, personal reflection, originality, craftsmanship, and adherence to the theme.

Guidelines:

Only individual student entries allowed. Entries may be typed or handwritten.

All entries should be postmarked no later than March 15, 2005 for state judging and submitted to:

Each entry must contain the student's full name, telephone and address, age, grade level, and parents’ names, as well as the school, county, and teacher's name, class, and address. A Law Week poster registration form must be included with your entry.
Note: Teachers may submit entries from one or several students or classes.
Research: Visit the Law Day section of the American Bar Association's website.
Awards: One state level winner in each category will be selected. A special ceremony and educational program will be held at the Supreme Court of Florida.

Guidelines:

Only individual student entries allowed.

Original posters must be submitted on white 8 ½" x 11" paper or poster board
-
Any non-smearable medium is acceptable such as colored pencils, markers, crayons, paints, etc.

A separate category for original computer generated art has been included, which should be submitted as a color printout. The winning entries will be published so students must own all rights to reproduce and publish photos and images they utilize in deveoping the computer generated poster.

No loose or hanging materials permitted.

Each poster must depict the theme.

A one paragraph statement describing how the poster reflects the theme is required to be affixed to the back of the poster along with the student's name, telephone and address, age, grade level, parents' names, as well as the school address, teacher's first and last name and county. A Law Week poster registration form must be included with your entry.
