Attorney Misconduct & Discipline
All matters regarding misconduct of attorneys and professional discipline for misconduct are handled by The Florida Bar. You may reach the Bar's Tallahassee offices for more information on filing a complaint at (850) 561-5600 or (800) 342-8060 at extension 5839, or access their website.
Misconduct by Judges
All matters regarding misconduct by Judges are handled by the Judicial Qualifications Commission. You may obtain more information on filing a complaint from the agency's Tallahassee headquarters, (850) 488-1581.
