    Florida Supreme Oral Argument Broadcasts

    What you need to view live broadcasts of oral arguments:

    A recent web browser such as:

    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
    • Firefox 3.0 or later

    A broadband web connection and a computer equipped with a sound card (or integrated sound) and speakers or headphones. Most computers today already have the required hardware and software. You view video on-line in either of the following formats:

    • Free RealPlayer Program or
    • Windows Media Video Player

    Once you are ready, go to the Gavel To Gavel web site. To view live arguments when they occur, go the "Watch Now" portion of the page and choose one of the links there. Choose the "Archives" link to view previous cases.
