    The following instructions are currently under review because of recent legislation or case law:

    • Instructions 10.1, 10.5, 10.15, 10.15(a), 10.21, and 13.5 – Delete slungshot from the definition of concealed weapon in 790.001(3)(a), Fla. Stat. See HB 4009 (2016).
    • Instructions 6.2 - 6.4 and 7.2—7.6 – The 782.065(2) Fla. Stat. sections for all the Murders and Attempted Murders – Ramroop v. State, 174 So. 3d 584 (Fla. 5th DCA 2015).
