    CONSTITUTION REVISION COMMISSION
    2017 Supreme Court Appointments

    Announcement of the persons selected

    The Chief Justice announced his appointments on February 6, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. in the rotunda of the Florida Supreme Court building.

    The final Submissions by people who applied with the Chief Justice to serve on the 2017 Commission can be downloaded in ZIP format. The deadline was Dec. 31, 2016.

    All application materials submitted to the Court are public records as provided in the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration.

       
    About the CRC

    The Constitutution Revision Commission meets once every 20 years to propose revisions to the Florida Constitutution. It is created by Article XI, section 2 of the Constitution and consists of 37 members, three of whom are selected by the Chief Justice with the advice of the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court.
