The following are cases in which judges were involuntarily retired due to serious illness that prevented them from performing the duties of office. Currently all filings in these cases have been removed from this website under Supreme Court Administrative Order 03-49 and other applicable law because they contain information from medical records that is confidential under Florida statute 119.071(4)(b).
