Current Month's Arguments
The current month's Oral Argument Summaries and briefs are available on-line.  Press summaries usually are not available until the Friday before the week of arguments. Arguments are broadcast live from the Gavel to Gavel website.
   
Attending Oral Arguments
Oral arguments at the Florida Supreme Court are open to the public. Mobile phones are not permitted in the courtroom and will need to be checked at the main entrance security checkpoint. Laptops and tablets are permitted in the courtroom so long as they are set to silent mode. Anyone attending oral arguments with a device that makes noise will be asked to leave. If you need an ADA accomodation to attend arguments due to a disability, please review our ADA Information Page so you can make your ADA accommodation request in advance.
   
Next Month's Arguments
The Tentative Calendar of each month's cases is posted once available, usually within the week before arguments begin. No summaries are available for these until the Friday before the week of arguments. All dates and times are subject to change at any time. Interested parties should reconfirm dates and times at every opportunity. Please be advised that the most reliable dates and times are posted the workday before arguments begin, usually a Friday.
 
Future Argument Dates A Yearly Schedule is available that shows tentative dates for future oral arguments as well as Court holiday schedules.
   
Briefs in Other Cases
You can access Briefs in Other Cases and look for briefs by case number.
 
Oral Argument Archives
Video of oral arguments are archived on the Gavel to Gavel website. Archives of oral argument Press Summaries also are available.
 
On-Line Docket
Check the On-Line Docket for more detailed information on cases before the Court. This interactive docket allows you to search for cases by case name, case number, and other criteria.
 
Broadcasts & Webcasts
The Court has broadcast and webcast all of its oral arguments since 1997 through a partnership with Florida State University's Broadcast Center.
