NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: The Code of Judicial Conduct governing behavior by judges forbids the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court to discuss pending cases with the public. Please do not call the Court to speak with a Justice about the redistricting case. If you have a comment to make, please mail it to the Clerk's Office at 500 S. Duval St., Tallahassee FL 32399. Under the Florida Code of Judicial Conduct, Section 3B(7), the Court is only allowed to consider arguments made in court and documents filed by actual parties in the case. In this case, comments are only considered properly filed when the original and the required paper and electronic copies of each document are submitted to the Clerk's Office in accordance with the procedures established in the Scheduling Order(s). Any other opinions or arguments will not be considered officially filed and cannot be reviewed by the Justices.
