Position Title: Supreme Court Central Staff Attorney

Duties: Advise the Court on extraordinary writ petitions and motions, Bar discipline/admission and rule/jury instruction cases, and various other duties
Education & Training Guidelines: Accredited law school graduate, top 25%, journal experience preferred
Skills & Experience: Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently or with team, maintain large caseload, meet deadlines, work effectively with Justices and staff, maintain confidentiality
Primary selection criteria: Class rank; law review or comparable; work experience; writing and research skills

Florida Bar membership required, current or sitting for next exam
Salary: $4,242.33 - $5,111.33 (Monthly) Dependent on experience. **$3,818.10 (Monthly) prior to Florida Bar admission.
